Boulevard Brasserie

Boulevard Brasserie is one of half a dozen venues within close proximity to each other that belong to the Maxwell’s Restaurant Group. Just a few metres from Covent Garden Piazza and The Royal Opera House it is extremely popular all year round with theatre goers tourists and shoppers alike.

 

Working from photographs provided by the client and extensive research on French brasserie and café design the team created a comprehensive set of sketches and design construction drawings. The strong combination of contractor and design team working alongside the client meant all parties set about the task of converting the dilapidated site into a habitable and workable environment. Parquet flooring, custom plaster mouldings, specialist paint finishes, leather and brass detailed banquettes and large bevelled mirrors all combined successfully to re create a traditional brasserie.

Dover design also liaised with the client to incorporate their collection of antique art deco light fittings, artwork and furniture thus adding a final touch of authenticity to the interior.

Opening with excellent reviews for the food and service the venue has also received plaudits for it’s unique and vibrant atmosphere.
