KAIBO Bar & Grill

The North Shore of this West Indies tax haven is home to some of the most fabulous and exclusive private houses and hide-aways on the island. Georgetown is an hour’s drive, but a 20 minute boat ride brings guests from the hotel strip on Seven-Mile-Beach and bustling Camana Bay direct to Kaibo’s barefoot beachfront Bar and Grill.

We remodelled the split-level seating areas, bringing in Australian beach fabrics, Italian terrace furniture, and special paints from the USA. Skilled local tradesmen made the custom designed seating, the server stations and buffet the dividing walls and screens.  Beneath the ceiling we stretched canvas sails, and added fans and lighting. The bar front got a chevron design, and above there are special racks holding the coconuts for Kaibo’s signature cocktails - of course!
