The Shelbourne 

A close working relationship was established with the client to enable the creation and approval of a palette of colours and finishes including custom designed and woven carpets throughout. Specially chosen antique furniture sourced from the London Savoy furniture auction, were strategically positioned around the interior as focal points. A flexible lighting system was installed enabling the staff to set the levels appropriately depending on the time of day and also to help highlight different areas of the interior accordingly. All combined well with the vast range of furniture fixtures and fittings required to create a ’home from home’.

Nominated for a Pinders Healthcare design award, the result was a series of spaces, which meld seamlessly to form an inviting, warm and comfortable environment for residents to settle into and enables the staff to deliver the best care service.
