The Eton Mess

We were tasked with the interior design of a charming hotel in Windsor called 'The Eton Mess'. It already had a well established restaurant on the ground floor but was in much need of more seats to serve its expanding number of customers, which we as established commercial interior designers understand is key to the success of the business. The brand was evolving and wanted an interior to reflect its cocktail enthusiast clientele.
We carefully redesigned the position of the bar and was able to move the kitchen further back allowing for much needed seating space front of house.
The interior design scheme needed an uplift whilst encompassing its current cosy pub feel.
We introduced dark hued backdrops to give the interior character and opulence, giving it a strong identity with complimenting rich pops of colour in greens and gold tones. The interior now feels coherent throughout and has a reinstated sense of grandeur that is much deserved.
